Behexo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered real estate platform ("the Service"). Please read this policy carefully.

1. Who we are
Behexo is an AI-powered lead qualification and deal conversion platform built for real estate agents and brokerages in the United Arab Emirates. We are committed to compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and international best practices for data protection.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, brokerage affiliation, job title.
- Billing information: payment card details (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
- Lead information: names, phone numbers, email addresses, budget, preferred areas, timelines, and any notes you add about leads you import or create.
- Communication content: voice recordings and transcripts of AI-assisted calls, WhatsApp messages, and notes.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, time spent, click patterns.
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: for authentication, preferences, and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
2.3 Information from third parties
- Meta Lead Ads: if you connect your Meta account, we retrieve leads submitted through your Facebook and Instagram lead ad campaigns.
- WhatsApp Business API: message content and contact information when leads communicate with you through Behexo-connected WhatsApp channels.
- Real estate data providers: project, pricing, and inventory data from licensed UAE real estate data sources.
3. How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Qualify and process leads on your behalf using AI
- Generate AI-powered project pitches and buyer profiles
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- Improve the Service through analytics and usage insights
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations in the UAE and other applicable jurisdictions
4. AI processing and voice calls
Behexo uses artificial intelligence to place outbound calls, listen to live calls, generate transcripts, and create buyer profiles. By using Behexo, you acknowledge:
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality purposes.
- AI processing is performed by third-party providers including Anthropic (Claude), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), and Deepgram (speech-to-text), under strict data processing agreements.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any lead you import or call through Behexo has consented to being contacted in accordance with applicable UAE telemarketing laws.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service providers: cloud hosting (Railway, Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Deepgram), telephony (Twilio), analytics.
- Legal authorities: when required by UAE law, court order, or legitimate government request.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.
- With your consent: for any purpose you explicitly authorize.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in AWS regions. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
8. Your rights
Under UAE PDPL and similar regulations, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data (see our Data Deletion Instructions)
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Behexo integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp, Stripe, Twilio, and others. Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them:
10. Children's privacy
Behexo is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
11. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in regions outside the UAE, including through our service providers' global infrastructure. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with UAE PDPL.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of Behexo after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
